On March 22 Dave Stark, President of Analysis Team, Inc., presented to the Northern California Private Equity and Venture Capital Networking Group of the Financial Executives Alliance (FEA).

Dave’s presentation, at the group’s monthly luncheon in Palo Alto CA, highlighted some of the projects and results of Analysis Team’s Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Management implementation practice and discussed how BI and EPM can be of value to PE and VC firms as well as to their portfolio companies. Dave explained how finance organizations can leverage technology to improve efficiencies and avoid excess hiring as well as transform data into actionable information used by decision makers to improve overall enterprise performance.

Analysis Team has partnered with the Financial Executives Alliance as an Industry Expert, to provide knowledge and resources to the group’s members through its meetings, events and website. The FEA is an affinity group administered by First Republic Bank with local chapters around the US.
